Diabetes is a life-long health condition that is related with insulin. Insulin is a hormone that is produced by your pancreas. Our body produce energy by using glucose (sugar) in cells and insulin hormone works as a key to help glucose to enter body cells and produce energy. There are 2 types of diabetes ; type-1 diabetes and type-2 diabetes.

In diabetes body can’t produce enough insulin or body cells don’t respond insulin properly so this energy production system does not work as expected.
